bajii is an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh, offering sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various entertainment games. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bajii and its users.

You must be at least 21 years old to use the bajii platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above. Providing gaming services to any underage individual is strictly prohibited.

bajii may request necessary documents at any time to verify your age. Your account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is completed.

Geographic Eligibility

bajii is a platform designed primarily for users in Bangladesh. Users are fully responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their own country. bajii reserves the right to restrict services in any specific country or region.

Welcome Bonus

bajii offers a welcome bonus for new users: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳26,000 (maximum limit applies)

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

The contribution rate of bets towards meeting wagering requirements may vary by game. bajii reserves the right to change wagering rates at any time.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may be used only once unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user
• bajii reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, bajii's decision will be considered final
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in the closure of both accounts

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit money on bajii: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

Deposited funds are generally added to your account immediately. If there is a delay for any reason, please notify the bajii support team.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing funds obtained from bonuses

Identity Verification (KYC)

bajii conducts an identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent gaming environment. The following documents may be required:

• If any match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned
• In cases of suspected match-fixing or manipulation, bajii reserves the right to void the relevant bets
• A bet that was finalised before an odds change will be calculated at the original odds

Game Results & Disputes

All game results are securely recorded on SSL-encrypted servers. If a dispute arises over the result of any game, the user may notify the support team within 24 hours. bajii's technical team will issue a final decision after review.

Account Closure by User
